Hey guys, I would like to apologize first for the bad english. I actually speak German :)

I'm 21 years old and have actually a big problem..I honestly don't know where to start.
I actually recently broke up with my girlfriend (1 month ago) and now I have enough time for myself and to try Nofap for me. I want to stop with porn because I feel bad all the time when i do it. I watch porn since i'm 14 or 15 maybe almost daily. At this point, I'm already 54 days Porn, Orgams and Sex free. Sometimes I am struggling with erectile dysfunction. Sex with my ex girlfriend was often not possible because of the erectile dysfunction.
Sometimes it worked and there were no problems but then only for one round and once a day.. The thing is.. I try my best to achieve my goal to be the way it was before.

But to be honest, I'm scared. I was at a urologist a year ago because of my problem and he said physically is everything fine with me. But.. I don't know when I changed, I think 2 or 3 years ago.. I can still remember it well. I saw a pretty woman or just thought about sex with her or something else and I was horny as hell.. I haven't had this feeling for a long time. I don't know much about Porn and Nofap but I think it's because of all the porn?.. When I look at a woman now, I don't think much of it. I look them up and down for a moment and nothing more. I had a wet dream a week ago and was dreaming in that night about sex with my ex girlfriend.. I feel a little lost and I'm afraid that none of this will help me. As I said, I'm 54 days of porn, orgasm, and sex free and it's actually not difficult. I think it's because the breakup with my ex-girlfriend was very tough on me and that's why I'm not interested in other women. But i don't know i just think thats the reason. I hope you can help me a bit because I'm really overwhelmed

    Best regards

One month is not a lot of time and you will still be hurting and lost after your breakup. You are young and healthy so give yourself time, it often takes people 6 months or more to move on from a breakup. I experienced ED when I was younger and it terrified me and all I needed to do was learn to relax and not put pressure on myself and that fixed it. I'm certain your ED will not be a permanent problem if you continue your reboot.

And your English is excellent :)

Thanks for your post buddy :)
Of course, a breakup is painful, but I actually didn't feel like that long before the relationship either.
For a year or two maybe more I hardly feel anything when I look at women.
Is it because of my libido? and how can i fix this?

I can only suggest you keep doing what you're doing as I understand it takes a minimum of 90 days to get better for many people. In the meantime, do other things that make you happy and try not to get too down or make it a big issue for yourself. Libido and attraction are strongly linked to your state of mind and if you've been feeling lost that may certainly be part of it. Have you been happy with the other areas of your life?

To be honest, I recently felt very lost and I didn't had any goals and I didn't know what my future was like.
But that has changed a few weeks ago. I read books every day now. About Personality development and things like that. I feel a lot better now and have actually some goals that i want to work for. But my libido is really bad. Most of the time I don't feel anything when looking at a woman

  6. It could be what's known as a "flatline". Try searching the forum for that term.

Personally, the term never really resonated with my experiences, but it seems to resonate with plenty of rebooters.
