I just can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve quit porn fairly easily the last 2 weeks. The last month or so I’ve jerked off twice maybe. Once I started hanging out with this girl I quit. Unfortunately when going for sex I’ve gone soft. Yet the other night we were grinding up in each other and I came and wasn’t even fully hard!! I had my shorts and boxers on. In the past I have jerked off over my boxers and shorts. Did I condition myself to only cum with shorts on? Could it be a physical problem. I don’t understand I just worry I’ll lose her. It's not physical problem buddy. It is a mental problem. May be you should control your anxiety. I am having same issue and I am married for more than 7 years. I am also fighting hard to resolve it.
