What mode of nofap should a teen do?

Should I do easy mode, where I reduce the frequency of masturbation, but cut out porn? Or should I do hard mode, where I cut out porn and masturbation. Whenever I just reduce the frequency of fapping, I feel much better than when I do hardmode. In easy mode, my anxiety is moremanageable, and I don't get depressed nearly as often. It's also easier for me to avoid porn if I allow myself to fap occasionally.

I do not have PIED. I still have morning wood when I do easy mode, and I can still get hard from just non pornographic fantasy. When I don't watch porn, my masturbation frequency naturally goes down. I used to do it 2 to 4 times a day when I watched porn, but now I just do it 1 to 2 times a week. I fap when I am actually horny, not to escape feelings of boredom, depression, anger etc. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks.
