After reaching a streak of over a 100 days I am now no longer able to reach even 2 weeks.

    I am doing every day:
    Cold showers
    Meditation
    Workout
    Journalling on NoFap
I have made a list of all the cons of porn en the pros of nofap
I have told both my parents and former therapist of my addiction

Now, I still keep relapsing, what more can I do?

Please help me I really want to quit my addiction.

I am not an expert and I am new to this, but in my opinion, you shouldn't be chasing streaks. Because when you set a goal to reach, let's say 30 days, your brain unconsciously perceives it as a temporary state, therefore relapse is almost inevitable after reaching your streak. It is a common thing among drug addicts to relapse after finishing treatment and it is caused by changes in the anatomy of the addict's brain. If you really want to quit an addiction, you have to reset your brain and you have to do it now. Not after 30 days streak, or 100 days streak, or 1000 days streak... Do you want to quit watching porn, or reach 2 weeks without it?

I admire that you managed to reach 100 days, which is a lot more than I ever did. But keep in mind that reaching a streak won't solve or your problems. Your brain, just like mine, is overstimulated and it will take a long time to fully recover.

You are doing great with building habits. Keep going. And remember, everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay it's not the end.
