What percentage of men do you think watch porn?

I only saw I was addicted when I tried to stop. For years, I PMOed thinking it was a healthy habit.
But when I tried to stop, the "addict" component of my brain fully emerged as an isolated force and the conflict between the rational / spiritual and the addict parts of my brain started.

I would love to have had knowledge of NoFap/PMO addiction in my 20s. Looks like society wants weak men (not physically but in personality), and porn is a great tool for that.

Some people can use porn casually and then stop. The same with alcohol, drugs, etc. I used porn before marriage and then during to try and spice up a sexless marriage. I drank alcohol among friends but stopped. Cold turkey if you will for both. Never tried drugs. Haven’t had alcohol in probably 5 years or more porn it’s been at least 20 years. Of course once I got married I quit masturbating too. I didn’t think it was right, ironically. Most people get exposed to porn but not all get addicted. I grew up with 3 males, life long friends, all exposed to playboy at around 12 years old ( we were all together when we found the magazines). One out of the 4 of us is an addict and it’s obvious.

 

Weak physically is also true. We have destroyed the notion of masculine responsibility. As a result many fall in a perpetual state of man-childness where pleasures are instantaneous, without any challenge or opposition (which are ultimately rejected as a form of oppression). And this lack of responsibility results in deception, bitterness and frustration.
