What porn make me feel!!!

I am an addict for 6 years.For first two year, i was extremely addict. I watched porn minimum 5 times a day also with masturbation. But gradually i shortened watching porn. But Can't get rid of this for last 4 years. At first, i was not aware what porn did to me. I was struggling with severe social anxiety. That i couldn’t do eye contact with people. I felt so guilt and shame when i went out, like i did a crime. Also i had no self respect. Even i can't talk to any girl. Also no girl was interested on me. I can't approach them . It was like jump from a hill when i needed to approach a girl.

Now i am on 82 day streak. No masturbation, no porn, no orgasm. But sometimes intentionally sometimes accidentally i watch some seminude pic.

After my 82 day streak, i dont see any benefits. My anxiety, shyness,awkwardness still in the same stage. But i am trying hard. I still trust the process..
Maybe after 6 to 12 month, i will see some benefits. Hope for the best.
Can any one tell me, how long actually need to recover? People claims that they see benefits on 30, 60,90 days.
