What should i do when a thought pops up in my mind to relapse?

    I'm in middle of something and a thought pops up - "Hey, i'm craving to fall in the same pit. Let's relapse." This is a point where i even forget how i suffered terribly due to PMO addiction. What should i do in this kind of scenerio?

    Look bro! You should read about Porn Addiction, since you are asking this type of question so you didn't understand how porn addiction works.

    I had a relapse on my 7 day and I've learned from it and I'm resetting now...

    Your brain will act against you... and you need to be aware of that.

    You need to be honest with yourself bro. stay away from triggers because they will lead you to urges :

    "Well, yes you need to stop it. Once you get the temptation and the image stays in your head this often leads to urges and relapse. There are a few techniques you can use to avert thoughts, counting in your head repeatedly. Listening to the wave surfing audio files. Some people like to radically change whatever they were up to, startimg a physical actovoty etc. Either way, you keep using the methods till you can control them better. Also avoid things that stimulate these feelings. And this could be as simple as fb. So be true to yourself. It's an addiction and when it's still strong it tricks us a lot."

    @Osem Did you copy paste my comment in that final bit? Lol But @Osem is right, if I can share something that made my streak a success; lock your devices or leave them in anoyher room during bedtime and early morning. Only use the internet and the devices infront of people and mostly during the day. By doing this you do not have to fight the urge to pmo simply because you never have the privacy to do it. I did this during my frist streak and only had to fight the urge to peek, mind you this was in public because that's the only place I allowed myself to access the internet. It was a daily struggle not to peek but it paid off as p started reducing in my head.
