    You need to find something that you desire more than p. Focus on that and stay focused on it until the desire for p has gone. Walking is good too

    Literally anything that doesn't stimulate you sexually (including mentally or physically).


    Workout
    Read a book
    Journal
    Eat a chocolate bar
    Call a friend
    Drink a coffee
    Take a nap
    Build or fix something
    Clean your room/house (defaulted to this one a bunch this week)
    Go to the park/ go for a walk
    Cold shower

    It was surprising to me, too, but actually most things aren't sexually stimulating haha. Porn makes us look for sex everywhere... But actually, most things are not sex :emoji_laughing:



    Listen to your body. Ask it Why are we horny?

    It's not because you actually need to get off, because you don't. Listen to your body and emotions and see what they need.

    Recovering can be stressful, or exhausting, or nutritionally and biochemically taxing. Learning to nourish, rest, and work your mind and body properly is a decent part of relearning to live life w/o PMO. The first few weeks are hell. Learn to work with your body to fill it's true needs, and not mask those needs with cheap orgasms.
