What to do if life doesn't go your way?

  1. Are you able to see what you now have in life ? Are you able to be grateful with your life now ?
    Or are you only focused on what is lacking in your life ?
    True abundance starts with ability to see and appreciate simple things like warm shelter to sleep, receiving food and water during the day, possibility to talk to friend. Do you have fresh air to breathe and sun to warm you up ? Are you living in a calm place or in warzone ?

    What are BASIC human needs, are they fulfilled in your life ?

    Only if you are grateful for your basic needs met you can build healthy life and life will support you (sometimes taking from us something because we're not in control). Without truly seeing what you have (or had - this applies to past and present) and being grateful you will be constantly frustrated and on emotional debt.
