I've been feeling like this ever since I learnt porn was destroying me... Right now I can't even tell anyone about my secret battle.which is killing me silently.. . The only person I could talk to this deep was my girlfriend who I broke up with a year ago and later found out that it was all due to my stupid porn effects such as having useless expectations from her

They should hurry up on that time machine so that we can change our past choices..hahaha
But at least we are learning from our mistakes and as it is said experience is the best teacher... Might I add a harsh one.
All the best my fellow soldiers.. STAY STRONG

  2. Hey OvoVikk, I'm sorry to hear about your break up with your girlfriend. That had to be incredibly hard for you and my heart goes out to you man. I just want you to know that this is the perfect time to turn your life around. Every-time you let yourself think thoughts like, "___ is destroying me", you're giving it that much more power over your life. If you use these frustrated and hurt feelings as motivation to be a better person and really tackle this addiction, then you'll be 100% happier. I promise you will man.

I like to think that the people around e deserve to see the best version of me. Like, I want them to see me beat this addiction and come out a stronger man because they deserve the absolute best I can give them. It might help you to think the same, or not because I don't want to impose on you too much. Just know that you CAN beat this addiction and that you CAN change. You don't have to let PMO control your life. You can start taking control RIGHT now man. Start bettering your life and PMO is going to have a looser grip on you over-time. Stay strong my friend! You're on the road to recovery so you're already making progress.
