    Personally, I think this is a bad idea. I feel that you may not be "releasing" your Pron thoughts, but instead you are focusing on them.
    You have a lot of progress with 79-days, congratulations.

    Oh wow did not expect this reaction.

    Well I'm perfectly fine just saying what USED to be my old habit without any fantasies etc...it was more as a look back at the person you USED to be and how far you have come as well.

    A way to just laugh at yourself.

    This was purely meant playfully as I assumed people would able to discuss old habit and look back on it and laugh...one sign of getting over it but it's obviously not came across that way.
