    Mine was 17 days, in that long i ws feeling better than ever, and now i am eliminating the old excuses to relapse so i am hyped again, tell me how much you guys had progress

    I did 150 days. To me, i have learnt that it is more important to focus on healing the mind through compassion, forgiveness, self love and gratitude. At this moment in time, i am in a better place mentally than when i was at 150!

    Of course, one thing i learn in the reboot process is that you are always learning, no matter if you relapse when you are fighting you are always having progress

    felt great benefits but had not addressed the underlying issues i had going on relating to my childhood.

    I am proud to say that as of day 14 on this streak i am seeing an amazing therapist who is helping me deal with my childhood trauma and it's helping so much.

    We are going all the way this time.

    I got to 75 days when I had an MO event, then got all the way to 143 when I faltered and PMOd. I think I'm at day 15. I want to second what Nymeria wrote. Definitely in a better, healthier, more compassionate and caring mental state than when I faltered at 75 or even two weeks ago at 143. I feel more human, more real and I feel that it comes across to people I interact with. It is really an amazing transformative experiment.

    124 days. I am not letting my guard down until I reach at least 200+ days. This is when I believe the real healing starts.
