Both you and the hot women are most likely still going to be there in a few months when you recover and you'll pretty much still be the same age so fix yourself first, it's not like it's actually an option to hook up with them right now if your gear isn't working :/

 

Focus on improving your physique and your intellect instead. Go hardcore lifting weights and study everything you can about bodybuilding, nutrition and rest. Then start training a martial art. Begin an artistic hobby. And begin reading a long, difficult book.

The girls will be way more attracted to you once you have transformed yourself. Plus if they come onto you in the next few months, you will tell them "Sorry, I'm too busy right now. I've got a really fulfilling life." And then you can meet up with them later after you have put on more muscle, gotten punched in the face, been put into a chokehold, and learned discipline. You will be more masculine and be centered in your own existence rather than desperately seeking their validation and for them to pleasure you.
