What's a neat way to shift your sleeping cycle from 04:00-13:00 to 22:00-07:00?

  1. I tried to not sleep much once so I could go to bed at 22:00, but ultimately slept until 11:00

    I guess I'm addicted to sleep, I would actually sleep more but only wake up because I feel stupid sleeping while everyone has been awake for half of the day
     
  2. Start to wake up at 7am, no matter what. Don't over complicate it, if you are always up that time your sleep time will have to adjust,

    I find that sleep patterns don't change in one night. You need to be consistent for 2 days, and after that you naturally want to sleep early

    Also, force yourself awake for 7AM.
