    Hi everyone,

I've been on and off NoFap for about a year now, and I've made it to 90 days on three separate occasions, after which I return to fapping and watching porn. I feel that I am doing something wrong... is the whole point of the reboot to NOT go back to porn, or is it just to rid people of porn addiction and porn-induced fetishes?

Should I be raising my NoFap goal beyond 90 days if I still find myself going back to porn afterwards?

The point of a reboot will vary for each person. But yes, those are a couple of reasons out of many.

I don't get why you're getting to 90 days and then just watching porn again, only to go another 90 days without it. You may aswell just not use porn again.

You say you feel like you're doing something wrong. I'm no genius but if you think you're doing something wrong. Stop doing it. Set a goal that meets your needs. If you want to quit Porn forever, then set that as your goal. :)
