    They say 80% of health is determined by what you eat. What's your diet like?

    I'd call myself a flexitarian, or perhaps a "practical" vegetarian. That is, I prefer a plant based diet, and subsist on that when I can. I was virtually vegan while living alone. However, I moved back home for a while and my family eats a whole lot of meat. So I eat what they eat. When I move back out, though, I will not be purchasing meat.

    I go high fat, high protein with a lot of veggies.
    call it paleoesk.
    I usually use a lot of butter, coconut oil, olive oil, avocado oil in my cooking.
    Throw some meat/fish and some veggies together.
    Less grains and sugar, though I do eat them occasionally.
    Nice thing about this is that I get hungry way less. I don't need to snack and I only NEED to eat twice a day, but I usually have something smaller.
    It's pretty kick ass for productivity, even though it may not be the healthiest.
