Hey guys, Right now fitness and nutrition are the two things I enjoy the most and I was wondering if anybody would be interessted in a group chat, in which we could exchange our knowledge, talk about NoFap and motivate each other. I thought about using whatsapp for that because it's the texting app me and my friends use the most but obviously I'm open minded and would be fine to use a different app instead (just leave your suggestion in the comments). So cool. Joined the gym on the 31st but haven't gone as yet. I definitely believe the lack of healthy stress and tension release is a major contributor to my relapses. I'm a 24 year old female.
Good idea for a thread I’m going to start a press-up and sit-up challenge. Alternating days for at least 60 days. Work is pretty hectic but will try some cardio at weekends (I’m slim and toned anyway). As for nutrition I eat ok. Take my vitamins etc high intensity training is supposed to be good for brain/cognitive function too.
