Good idea for a thread

I’m going to start a press-up and sit-up challenge. Alternating days for at least 60 days. Work is pretty hectic but will try some cardio at weekends (I’m slim and toned anyway). As for nutrition I eat ok. Take my vitamins etc high intensity training is supposed to be good for brain/cognitive function too.
