    Hi everybody,

I'd like to ask you when did you get your spontaneous erections back (without touching it). I've been severely addicted to PMO for cca 17 years. I'm in "hard mode" (no sex/no PMO) for 94 days now and still in total flat line with no real libido. I get morning woods now and then, but nothing else. I don't even feel the need to masturbate or have sex anymore. It's strange, because all I could think of before rebooting was porn and sex.

When can I expect some "life" down there?

  2. I’ve had bits of life down there the past 30 days nothing major but it shows me that something is going on. This can be a hell of a long process for some of us.

I never suffered severe PIED. Only minor symptoms like low sensitivity and losing boner mid-intercourse.
It took me around 45 days to come back to normal and beyond.

Yeah, it's hell of a journey. Are you in "hard mode" or "just" no PMO mode? I was hoping no sex would mean faster recovery, but it seams that's not the case. At least not for me.

what does it mean to have severe PIED? I can get erection with help of a touch, but not just from seeing naked woman. Is that severe PIED?

I am not an expert, but I would say that it is definitely not severe then. I think its just slight desensitization coming with age. If you can still have sex normally then its definitely not critical case.
