I’m on day 10 of no P, MO’d a couple of times, I seem to have very low libido though, just one random boner when I thought about kissing a girl I like. Other than that, virtually nothing, no morning wood etc.

It does feel a little concerning/ like I’m not making progress, I know there’s the flatline, but it sucks!

Any suggestions that may help? I’m mid 20s, work out a few times a week, eat healthy, one thing I can improve is that I work nights, I want to go to days as that will help testosterone and overall health

Day 10 is early. Day 20 is around when you start to get big urges testing your resolve. No pain, no gain. Let us know how it's going on around day 22 or 23.

Oh yeah, also, try to cut the MO too. I personally don't think it resets your recovery but it weakens you. If you need it to stay away from P, fine, but work on that.

  4. bro... you are completely fine. You have absolutely no need to worry about not having an erection when you are on day 10 of no porn, and have MO'd a couple times. It is actually a good thing... honestly, you should cut out the fantasizing as well. Porn, masturbation, fantasizing, all of these things are basically hurtful to the body.

a monk book I am currently reading a little bit said "when you fantasize or think sexual thoughts, the semen separates from the blood, and begins to move downwards in your body", or something like that. Meaning, fantasizing is hurtful. Its not a good thing to fantasize or have erections all the time

at least that's how I see it

Depends on your past baseline. Since I don't know you, it's hard to judge.

Be careful about your concerns though. Many have started to "check" things and look whether some things still arouse them or not. This lead to relapses. Change your mindset and have complete faith in what you are doing. If your problem still presists over a long time e.g. 100 days, you could start to check your health at the doctors. I also would recommend not reading up on "sexual health", techniques etc. This is moststly just wasted time and increases your risk of simply getting triggered once more.
