When does the flat-line take place?

    I'm on day 14 right now and I'm still getting morning wood (not that its a bad thing). When will I get the flat-line?

    It depends on many factors like how strong your addiction is.Just go on with it.Your aim should not be going particular number of days but changing yourself

    Good point, I am trying to change myself since I will no longer pmo I just use the number of days as motivation.

    A flatline is caused by very low levels of free testosterone. Nofap causes T to rise but its bound by proteins. This can be used to build muscle. However, when external stimulis occurs such as a hot girl walks by, a guy challenges you, or something startles you, your adrenals start pumping and the protien bound T splits from the protiens, leaveing free T making you aggressive, horny, territorial, dominate etc ...

    So to sum it all up. Not all guys will experience a flatline. Especially if your around a lot of unfamiliar people.

    Thanks Disel I just thought since I used to watch porn I might get a flat line. I'm just really glad I've been trying to break this habit and realized I shouldn't have started it in the first place.
