...I go out and talk and socialize.
It's been pleasant so far, I feel more calm and completely free from "social awkwardness" that has ruined my life since I started masturbating 10 years ago.
And after I get back, I almost feel like I "came" XD.

By the way, Now I want to focus on girls and game. I'm still shy, but eye contact is not a problem anymore. Nor is it trying to be "cool", I sometimes make it a goal to be as awkward and stupid as I can (not so much anyhow since the fear of being "wrong" or "laughed at" is still very deeply ingrained in my brain, since early childhood). I laugh now at least twice a day with my classmates or housemates. It comes naturally.
Just two months ago, I would laugh no more than once a month, for God'S sake!
Being truly physical is still a huge of a problem. I'm still afraid to be embarassing. But I keep fighting a little fear or laziness every day.
