When to buy a concert ticket at the cheapest price?

I would like to see Imagine Dragons with standing tickets

The cheapest i found today was starting from 80. yesterday the price was lower i think around 60 maybe but def lower

there are like a month left to the concert. should i buy the ticket now or wait until the price drops? point is the price could increase. i have no idea

def this band is more famous than years ago

any suggestions on when to buy these concert tickets?

I probably won’t get cheaper as the date come closer. It might be sold out if you wait too long, then you won’t be able to go at all.

thank you for your comment. btw i guess foreseeing if some bands/singers will drop their ticket prices closer to the date is difficult to know. i double checked today and on the site where i found starting price 80 the tickets are still there. on another site i found 1 standing ticket at 70. wow.:emoji_confetti_ball: hoping to find concert buddies soon so I can get my ticket :emoji_ticket::emoji_rosette:

The longer you wait the more it would increase. Unless you buy it by some greasy craigslist ad

dunno sometimes prices decrease when closer to the concert but you never know. basically i didn't give care and ended up buying my standing ticket at 96. the cheapest i could get the max was 130. the prices at some point started flowing, in order to avoid paying more than 96 i bought it a couple of days ago. btw thanks. gonna get it delivered tomorrow via UPS :) can't wait to get it:emoji_stadium::emoji_ticket:

concerts of very good artists are priceless even though i would prefer next time to get the ticket in pre-sale or when they sell them at 40 each face value

Seeing it with someone? Alone?

Dude if it is a show worth seeing prices do not go down.

My bad, *dudetteski.

Anyways ya for ID prices would probably go up if they do not sell out.

I was thinking of going to some concerts solo, it is a brave act. Let you know when and if it happens I guess and share the experience.

Cool band. Calls for a cool shirt to be worn. At least if I were going.

Never heard of them but I’ll check them out.. any song recommendations?

Oh and does anyone here go to concerts alone? I’ve always found it to be kinda awkward going alone.. i did that once last year at a j. Cole concert. A lot of my friends are broke and I ain’t that generous lol
No it takes courage but it is not as fun imo if you are sober. Unless you like being alone in public? Too bad for me I am sober but I will get a rush from wearing cool shirts solo. Maybe I won't actually go alone though as that would compromise my recovery severely if drugs were offered and plus people drink so much alcohol I would be out of my zone there.

Whatever man just buy the ticket asap if you are intent on going, going alone is fine.

I have a very dark past when it comes to shows. Like hippie drug lot mafia bad.

They're like a rock-indie band. I like radioactive or demons.

And no I never have gone to a concert alone but I might have to in may for a kendrick concert lol

I’ve been to many concerts alone. I went to a music festival alone 5 years ago and made 2 awesome friends from Canada that let me sleep in their camper the 3 nights. We still keep up on fb! Of course I pretty much live for live music so I don’t mind at all. Plus it gets me out of my comfort zone and talking to new people.

"I Don't Why" is the first song you hear it, then also the 2nd one "It's Time", "Whatever It Takes", at 51:36 "On Top Of The World", from 1:11:20 hoping to get the paper shower too lol and "Radioactive" I love the part with the drums :emoji_grinning: can't wait to hear it live

@DjAng0 i bought a beer once at Drake's concert but a friend insisted and the beer guy was there and we were early but i wouldn't grab a beer during a concert that usually i paid quite a bit to attend lol wanna be sober for enjoing it at its best

at another concert some friends were pissed off and trying to get some weed it was fun. it is nice some weed and beer but honestly at concerts no for me. I juust tell you this

after a Drake's concert my guy friend was drunk as fuck. i was worried and asked if he wanted me to help him to get to his home. i am pretty he didn't remember the concert and it was shame coz it wa a blast. every concert i attend i want to cherish the moments and the feelings i experience during the live performances

btw i already got the ticket days ago (standing ticket) and i will go there with another guy. for concert i don't feel ok going alone. it was deciding to go alone at the cinema until years ago when cinemas were still trendy :emoji_joy:

@Nomar yeah i am happy you did enjoy it even though you showed at the concert alone and also made friends. it takes courage. i admire you for that :) yeah getting out of your comfort zone is always good and usually rewarding and then you realize it didn't make sense being afraid in the first place. a girl got a ticket on a block and basically there is no chance of getting the seat attached if you don't buy together so i went for a standing ticket (best view) and i wil go there with a guy
