Where can we discuss specific triggers?

I struggle with some pretty specific stuff and I was wondering if it'd be helpful to get advice from others in the same camp. I dunno, maybe not.
  2. Hello Tux. I suggest starting a thread in "Porn Addiction." That's usually the place to go for specific stuff like fetishes, addiction to certain genres, etc. Hope this helps and good luck with your reboot!

  3. If you worry of something being really graphic just use the SPOILER code to block it out with a warning.

please explain how to use the "spoiler" code. I've searched a bit, and haven't found it

When you type a reply or a message, there's the formatting bar at the top of the text entry box (bold, italic, underlined, etc). One of the last icons is a +. If you click on this, it brings up a menu, then you just click on Spoiler. It will ask you to enter a spoiler title - this is the bit that people can see without having to do anything, so you should make it clear that there is some hidden content and why it is hidden. Most people just use the title 'Possible Triggers' or something similar. Then click continue, and it will generate the code for you. If you are familiar with HTML or other languages, you'll notice it has an open tag and a close tag, enclosed in square brackets. Anyway, you just type the sensitive content in-between these square bracket sections, and that will then only be revealed to the reader when they click on the spoiler title (you can only see the end effect once you post your reply/message).

So the code ends up looking like this:
This is where you type stuff you want people to opt-in to seeing, and not read by accident.
The end effect looks like this (try clicking on it!):

This is where you type stuff you want people to opt-in to seeing, and not read by accident.

    Hope that helps! Enjoy :)

You can also add a spoiler when you edit a text. Highlight what you want hidden, and hit the "+" and "spoiler." Sometimes from a reaction we realize that our post is too much for somebody. It can be fixed pretty quickly.
