It's midweek of my first week on nofap. When I had a place to share my pmo I felt a lot of my anxiety lift. It's mid week and some of it is coming back. I think I just needed to share. Just in writing this email some of it is lifting. Thanks NoFap! Let's see what a clean tomorrow feels like! Good luck everyone!

Mark, what I'd suggest is keep active on these forums. Letting out how we feel and what we're feeling is a great help in dealing with the anxiety. You don't feel alone. Start a journal in the Journal section. That has been an incredible help to me.

I stay active on the forums and I focus on positive things. Things I know I would not be doing if I was still fapping it furiously to an ever changing porn taste.

I have found writing a journal has helped me tremendously.

Don't forgot that you will have some good days and some bad days relating to anxiety but on the whole I have found my anxiety levels overall have reduced since beginning NoFap. It keeps getting better the longer you stay away from porn.
