Are there any habit/goal tracking apps for iPhone that you have found helpful for another means/way of staying accountable, honest, and measuring your progress with specific habits or goals? Is it true that goals or habits that are measurable l and tracked are more likely to stick and will improve your chances of actually achieving your goal? I researched a bit yesterday and came across a few... ‘Today’ and ‘Streaks’.
