I got the recipe for this dopamine mix from former drug addict/alcoholic and it looks like there might be something usefulness in taking this mix. Get on Vit D, mag and calcium, a multivitamin, Hawthorne extract and beet root powder or juice, then get to the GD gym!
 
L-Arginine or L-Citrulline, plus a multivitamin. a lot of pre-workout mixes are based on L-arginine and/or L-citrulline to increase blood flow.
