I'm on day 9 and I'm starting to feel a bit itchy. Really Really want to look at nude pictures of blonde women and I can't stop thinking about it. Will this urge be over soon? Is the second week the hardest?

My balls, it is full of sperm and semen.. ouch.

Yes. It always was for me; and it got progressively easier after the three-week point. Persevere!

Alright I'll stay strong. I'm going 300 days hardcore, rest days without PMO.

    SPARTA!!!

That's great, and I wish you the best of success. However, I suggest that you take that one day at a time.

weakness will lead to defeat. so regain that motivation to make it to 300 days. and i can see that you have already been motivated by the previous reply. listen to successful stories òf guys who have been PMO free when you feel that you are losing the motivation. plus start no more than 3 good habits in your life- like exercising, morning shower and make them a priority. after about 3 months you can add more healthy hbits if u wish.

Around the 3rd week, there is always some kind of breaking point.
In the last 2 years, I often made it to 2-3 weeks, and 3 times to 5 weeks. 35 days is my maximum so far.
Being in hard mode, fulfilled and being very forward-powered.

When a new streak begins, after 2-3 days, I become very centered and balanced, and I am full of fulfilling action.
But then, after around 2-3 weeks, I possibly tend to overperform and/or to pay too less attention, and then, some urges sneak in, and voilà - relapse.

However, it becomes better and better with every new cycle. Over 2 years, relapses become clearly shorter and lighter, while periods of sobriety become longer and much more intense. So always stand up and go on.

It is very important to mainly do your work, to be stay tuned and alert, and being relaxed at the same time.

I have found that the ultimative key against urges is relaxation.
Sports. Meditation. Autogenic Training. Deep Sleep.
When an urge comes, don't be scared. Just relaxe. Just let it go. Just let loose.
An urge goes away after 3 minutes. Just don't feed it.

It's definitely tougher in the beginning. I couldn't say a specific number of weeks you'd have to reach for things to get easier though. At some point you kinda start forgetting how PMO feels and your brain sort of crosses it from its "list of things to do when bored" - from then on it's a lot easier.

Agree with you 100%, next month will be my first year into this and I've never made it past 22 days. 2-3 weeks is the breaking point for me. I read in this post by Roshanb about adding 3-new habits and practicing them them for 3-months before adding more. That sounds like a good goal and might help me make it to my first nofap goal of 30-days. The other thing I'm going to try is no MO and minimal edging. My goal is no Porn, but adding no MO may make this whole journey easier.

Remember they say it takes at least 21 days to break a habit, so the first 2-4 weeks will likely, not guaranteed, but likely be the hardest.

I have alone time every morning when my wife goes off to work. It's the time I get on this site to read, post and reinforce the reason behind my NoFap. I'm new to this so I can't really comment on what is the hardest time. Right now I'm just getting past each urge as it shows up with some sort of distraction.

for me, the first 10 days.... I'll be posting a 10 day information/advice/journal type thing in a couple of days, this new 10 day stretch of mine, has been extreme, but i've hit a flatline now and its kinda okay for the time being.

Toughest week will be when you let your guard down, either when you think you are over the worst or when other issues put you in the wrong frame of mind.

I relapsed.... today 9th day was the hardest, back to the drawing board... I don't feel like a failure, just realised the next couple of weeks I have to do things very differently.... bummer!!

9th day was okay for me, other than my balls were feeling itchy.

I'm getting used to have tingling balls now and being horny all the time, I kinda enjoy it now.

YEAH, that's the right approach! You have found it! It's a joy, and not a pain!
I know this great feeling. You feel empowered like super man ;)

And with these powers, you can focus on great real-world projects.
You can do all the things you enjoy to do and which are truly fulfilling you.
