White-yellow ish leakeage! Please help i'm scared.

    Hi , i've been on this nofap path for a month i had 2 reboots and now i'm in my third streak of 13 days . today when i was on the toilet , pooping , i noticed at my penis some white - yellow ish leakeage , and i didn't know what to do , i tried to smell it but it didn't had any particular smell , i searched on google about this and some people says is Gonorrhea . i want to say i don't have a gf so it can't be right?.. I'm really scared , can someone tell my what that liquid it is ?

    that is semen. the reason it was yellow-ish is because it got mixed with urine that is present on your urethra. now i dont know why it was spilling involuntarily. maybe because you are abstaining from M (which ables you for easier emission ) and the pressure you gave on pooping made it leak. not sure though

    It could be , umm like old semen that remain stuck in the uretra and when i force while pooping , it got out ?

    i'm not saying it was old semen. i'm saying it was yellow-ish because it came out while there are some urine present on your urethra(where semen/urine passes through) . as a result, both semen and urine were mixed together.
    how it came out involuntarily, i'm not quite sure. I suppose because of your abstinence to PMO (which causes you to excrete easily similar to wet dreams) and the force or pressure you've put in while pooping may somehow caused the semen to leak.

    I've had this happen on extended NoFap streaks.when I finally came it was thick and yellowish, Don't worry.
