    Do you attribute it to PMO? I do. That and excessive stress as well as sleep deprivation.

    I think there's truth to TCM and Ayurvedic viewpoints on depletion of bio-energy through PMO.

    Not since I started nofap hardmode,

    But before I started nofap, I Pmoed almost every weekend mostly on Saturdays, I edged to porn for hours and then ejaculated once.

    I think it's all bullshit what they say that masturabation is moderation is safe, the harmlessness theouries fukd a lot of guys over.

    I'm relatively young, I can squat close to 100 kg for 10 reps, I slept 8 to 9 hours ate healthy Protien, complex carbs, fruits, exercised regularly, but still felt like shit, brain fog, tired, unhappy, low self esteem and LOTS of other issues, like a never ending list. I chalk that all upto weekend Pmo. TCM absolutely Saved my life, I quickly hopped on to Nofap semen retention, Hard mode, Saint mode, I felt amazing mentally and physically I grew stronger, yes I relapsed a few times but I quickly got back on track because I knew how deadly it was and I knew how great I felt because of the abstinence.

    So if you want to be a subhuman for the rest of your life and die early then go head and Pmo.

    Edging is highly taxing, so is sexual fantization, on the nervous system, further more ejaculation is a deadly combination, semen contains a lot of vital nutrients, losing it even once in 6 months or even through wet dreams is not an option, apparently our life force wasnt meant to be released for pleasure only for procreation.

    Sexual fluids are absolutely sacred must be preserved or premature death awaits

    I've had some great streaks and I'm thankful to God for opening my eyes, I think I'm still healing from the damage I caused, healing process is not linear so many flatlines and energy blockages there is a lot of work that needs to be done but I'm glad I'm on the right path.

    Hopefully it will get better.

    When you say TCM saved your life, do you mean just the semen retention aspect of this or is there something else too? I've read a good amount about the Traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic viewpoints on PMO. Some people in those branches of medicine seem to have changed their tune in the last 50 or so years which is incredibly unfortunate. I think many of them now say PMO "in moderation" is healthy and normal which I don't believe at all. They're just Westernized and Western medicine has been shit since it was taken over by ruling elites in the USA a century or so ago.

    I think edging and lack of sleep have really pushed me over the edge over the years. Those are by far my two worst habits.

    When I started nofap I was looking for ways to climb out of the hole i dug for myself, I wanted to cultivate my health as much as possible, I stumbled upon a journal of a tcm practicionar fapstronout Soaring Eagle from China, he said it several times in his journal that fantization and edging are very harmful as it consumes a lot of energy, takes a toll on your nervous system and hormones, moreover combined with ejaculation is a lethal combination, and as per my experience he absolutely correct.

    IT'S ALL OR NOTHING. If you really want to see some improvement in your mental, physical and emotional health then you gotta completely let it go. Like Hardmode Saint mode, 0.0 %arrousal, always stay vigilant and be aware that lust demon will strike again quite soon, always be ready can't let him get inside your head.

    After some time being on longer streaks I learned how to outwit the devil, and then things bacame much more easy and smooth sailing from their, but it takes time and experience.

    You have to stop this now edging and lack of sleep will ruin you mate. Get in control asap

    Soaring Eagle is a legitimate TCM practitioner? I wasn't ever familiar with the name until someone brought him up in a thread a few days ago. Did he write a book or something? I would love to read some of his content if he's a physician but I'm not sure where to find the documents someone uploaded. I think I replied in there asking for clarification on something but no one provided it.

    Anyway, I'm with you. I believe all that stuff too. PMO has completely ruined me and made me a shell of the person I used to be.

    Same here, TCM saved my life, not only because it reveals the truth related to PMO, but it also points out many other things that we modern people have been doing wrong all our lives. For example, many people adopt the wrong concept that being muscular means being healthy (which makes them overdoing weight-lifting). I wish more people know about this. It is a hidden treasure which is often overlooked.

    And yes, please try your best to stop edging and staying up late. I can give you two more: avoid sitting for too long (take a break once a while), avoid having cold food or drinks.

    I do all of that minus the consumption of cold food and drinks. First world problems, I guess. We've become so "advanced."

    Thanks for the advice, though. I will try to find more relevant information regarding TCM viewpoints on PMO and how destructive it is.

    This is absolutely true, and if you are interested in the TCM view feel free to drop me a PM.

    Is not bullshit, but the understanding of the layman of what constitutes moderation is way off compared to the reality, and the fact that is also linked to your health condition, moderation is not the same for everyone.

    And I don't even mean, masturbation itself, that is wrong, I mean release even with sex.

    For people that have a crippling addiction the moderation often looks more like needing to go years of celibacy to recover.
