Who is pursuing full abstinence? I am on the journey and want to share/ask a question

I Think many people with addiction problems in this case p&mb tend to go to extremes. Either going all in into the World or porn and mb or going to the other extreme and saying they dont want to touch a woman ever again. Finding balance is very important....

 

well, its hard for me to find anything about his teachings, other than he was vegetarian and that he meditated with a candlelight. I guess it must be really powerful to meditate with that.

Interesting. I I read the image.
However, I dont understand why he gave so much importance to the physical body, whenever other enlightened beings treated the body just as an vehicle and didnt care about it when they left it.

 

Because we have a body, simple as that, I have a disease and it's very harmful for my spiritual path and well being

 

For sure we must remember the triangle of "mind, body, spirit". All must be developed.

Interesting at the very tend with letter "p". He says "limited" pleasure....I would have thought that the semen be retained entirely (even though he said when starting out) and not be used for pleasure at all.
