Whole week with know porn or masterbation.

    I've managed for the first time to go a whole week without porn or masterbating... this hasn't happened for along long time lol(pat on back)

    I've notice within myself I have a lot more energy and drive, even at this early stage. I work really early hours and when I do get up from my pit it seems a lot easier.... I'm wide eyed and ready to tackle the day.
    Even tho the urges are there I'm fighting them off by keeping busy... I've started learning Spaining (Hola... como le va?) and started up the Gym again.
    Ive been suffering with what I can only think is PIED... and tho I've been counter acting it with the little blue pill when I've got lucky, I've been looking for ways of curing it naturally..... thankful to say that when I read up on NOFAP and how what I was doing to myself could be the cause of this it slightly made sense the root of where the problem was coming from.
    After these 7 days I've notice I'm getting my morning wood back (is this a sign of recovery?), I'm waking up with my hard on what is a relief as I hadn't been getting them for along while...also I've started eating healthier as in fruit like polmegrantes and water melon.... which some say help with blood flow and stuff....

    Entering week two is there anything I should expect or advice that more experienced nofapsters can pass down? I've here'd of flatlining which I'm slightly scared of, tho it's hard fighting these urges I like the fact that my libido is there.
