Tomorrow will be the 90th day of my first-ever reboot attempt. I've noticed a few mediocre benefits so far, but nothing that I'd consider major changes. There is one problem: I've been feeling really fatigued for the past few days. I'm getting around eight or nine hours of sleep every night, but I wake up feeling like I've only had two hours of sleep. My cognitive ability has come to a screeching halt as well in the last few days. I feel borderline stupid. Is this a normal part of the rebooting process? Is it related to dopamine withdrawals or something? This is leaving me feeling really frustrated and depressed, and I'm hoping that this sudden low point indicates an imminent change for the better.

I felt the same way at that point. I felt like i was dying, it sort of makes sensé. A part of you IS dying. The négative energy will hang on to you, until you figure out why. For me, i didnt know how to deal stress. I didnt believe i deserved to able to relax. I was experiencing a ton of inférior émotions at this time. Sincè i didnt have a sexual relationship with anything or anyone, i was craving a connection with someone or something. I felt starved of purpose.
What you have to find new ways of relaxing and connecting with people. Maybe you could join a gym if you feel fatigued. Social évents really helped me. You could volunteer, help someone. You wont bé so stuck in your own, stuff.

  3. It can be related to withdrawal, in many cases PMO over time will be what activates a person's brain. However, fatigue can have many causes. Nutritional deficiencies are notorious for causing fatigue and exhaustion and a PMO habit again can cause these over time, no doubt about that. When the habit becomes chronic, it's as if the high will mask the deficiency, so that when you quit it all comes crashing down since your body will be lacking reserves.
It can take a long long time to correct nutritional imbalances. Like half a year or so of supplementing. Instead of wasting nutrients on PMO, you will need to start stocking up on them by not pmo'ing in the first place. Some supplements can help. From my experience, definitely not all of them. Generally speaking, fatigue and exhaustion are caused by a lack of oxygen going to your organs. This can be a sign of anemia. The more important nutrients that correct anemia include folate, iron and vitamin B12. I have hereditary anemia and have noticed an almost incredible return of morning wood once I restarted supplementing with methylfolate. My energy levels have been better too. If you should take any of these, I can only recommend purchasing the bio-available types of folic acid and vitamin B-12 which are called 5-methylfolate and methylcobalamin. These skip a step in your body which makes it easier for you to absorb.
Sometimes it really could be as simple as correcting a nutritional deficiency while you are going through withdrawal. However, you also shouldn't experiment with supplements without being sure that's what you need. Totally avoid multivitamins as this will stress out your body even more. You'd most likely benefit from testing your blood, chances are you will have some deficieny that needs correcting.
Too much screen time can cause fatigue as well. Blue light is a major stressor, especially when it's combined with radiation coming from laptops, and smartphones to a lesser extent.
