Why are days PMOing much more powerful than days not PMOing?

    So yesterday unfortunately I had a very bad relapse where I binged, literally spending the entire day PMOing. I have been very upset from this. This was due to having a very bad hangover from alcohol. But the thing is today I know I will not PMO at all. I probably won't PMO at all for at least 2 weeks.

    But the thing is why does that day of PMOing yesterday win? Today I am doing the exact opposite of what I done yesterday and not PMOing at all. Like I said it's likely I won't PMO again for at least 2 weeks. But why does that one day of PMOing the entire day yesterday win? Why is that one day of PMOing so much more powerful than a day of not PMOing?

    It doesn’t necessarily win but I think of it just like going on a bender with alcohol. When I binge with porn it normally takes me 2-3 days to begin to recover mentally, emotionally, and most importantly spiritually. Not to go all metaphysical on you but I truly believe the way alcohol damages the liver and kidneys porn damages the mind and the soul. I believe most men and women begin to reject pornography after they realize they have a problem with it because deep down something built into us just knows everything about it is just wrong.
