    Why did I ejaculate over my bed without noticing?!

    Well, I was having a very good sleep, but during my sleep I had a weird dream of having sex with a girl(not a pornstar), but then I wake up and felt something sticky on my bed and I found out that I just jizzed all over my pants!! I wasn't even masturbating!! In fact, never more since the past 56 days! I never even thought any sexual stuff before I went to sleep, now I can't even sleep anymore! That's not normal. What's happened to me?! Why can't all my sexual thoughts be gone?! Somebody, please, help me!!!

    Dude, it's the most normal thing

    What happened to you is called a wet dream, or nocturnal emission. It is total normal, and is actually a good sign, seeing as it only happens when you don't PMO in a long time, and I believe it actually only happens when semen builds up, and your body needs to release it. Nocturnal emissions generally aren't even considered sexual, so don't worry. You're totally fine (unless of course you already reset your counter because of this, in which case, you reset your counter for nothing).

    Like he said, its a great sign that you had a wet dream, most instances of this is in young men in their teen years. Have no worries about it at all. You cant control your dreams. You cant control wet dreams. Justtake it as a good sign and keep on keeping on. Good luck!

    Thanks for the advice and I understand now. But that never happened to me when I first spent 6 months without fapping! And I would reset my counter if I even fapped, but like I said, I've never fapped anymore for 56 days and I never will. o.o
