Why did this happen?

    While I was on long streaks on nofap maybe 6-9 months I had weeks where I would wake up at the same time everyday like 2:22 am or 3:33, 4:44 I found it weird I have a big alarm that's red and sometimes when I wake up that was the first thing I saw the alarm with 3:33. After I relapsed o haven't been waking up at those time at all. Does anyone know why this happened?

    well, I don’t know why this happened. But maybe if you get back into a long streak again you will find out the answer to your question.

    what led to your relapse after 6-9 months?

    Ok let's see what I learn, and not sure I had my urges pretty controlled but one thing led to another and boom in a blink if an eye relapse
