Why do I feel this lonely

There's no need to feel lonely man. Regardless of what is happening at home (if anything) you have a community here and so you cannot be truly lonely. If you are still feeling lonely, go out and meet people, talk to them, just generally instigate social interaction.

With regard to you feeling like you want to cry - go for it. Nothing is wrong with you, crying is natural despite what people may believe or say about it suggesting weakness. I know that since quitting PMO my emotions have built up and your urge to cry may just be your body trying to let all that emotion out. Please don't take that as a negative of NoFap and a reason to quit though, I see your 26 day streak and that's great, stay strong and push that streak out further .

The best of luck with the continuation of your streak and everything else - just remember that your brain will play tricks on you to try and force a relapse and that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
