So im like a week off PMO now, i have some benefits but...
i really hate to nofap, it's hard to explain why, i want to be off with this PMO thing but at the same time i want to watch porn and have the fun of this as well...
resulting in complete hate to what im doing.
i have been NoFap a few time before trying to reboot, i cant remember hating it.

I think it's a good sign, it's things stirring in your subconscious. Try journaling about it and really dig into those feelings of loss.

It’s a decision to hate it. Just like it’s a decision to be content with yourself and where you’re currently at. Granted, your brain is trying to trick you into relapsing by giving you cravings, but the decision to hate it is yours alone. Tough it out and endure. Tell yourself that this hatred means this is working; you’re kicking a very bad and addictive habit that is holding you back in life from reaching your full potential. Or better yet, learn to redirect that hatred towards PMO instead rather than at NoFap. At the end of the day, NoFap is the thing that will save you. PMO is the thing that will destroy you...if you let it. Remember that whenever you feel hatred for what you’re doing, and instead learn to hate the thing you’re NOT doing that you used to do, and be thankful that you have the insight to stay away from it.
  4. If you get feelings of deprivation because you are unable to watch porn or wank, you have to ask yourself if you have truly renounced the devil in the depths of your heart. Because it ain't just about holding out against the "urges" or the "cravings" for as long as possible, it's about revolutionizing your perception of yourself and the world, from being someone who is morbidly obsessed with lust, their highly elaborated fantasy life, and all the other elements of the "cum-brain," to someone who, as Heidegger says, is capable of authentic being-with-others, who no longer seeks out those dissociative states because he can't handle life, who no longer has that schizoid consciousness of a virtual sexuality on the one hand, and his real sexuality on the other.

You won’t be able to quit until you hate pmo. Your attitude towards seeing porn as “fun” shows you haven’t suffered enough from it yet. Porn is not fun at all, maybe in the beginning, but really it’s only destructive. Nothing, nothing good comes out of it and if you don’t see that yet, i hope you do one day. If you still want to do it, that’s a bad sign of the state of your heart, and as the above poster wisely said: you have not fully renounced the devil in your heart
