Why do i Sleep at 23:00 and wake up at 02:00 ?

    Why do i Sleep at 23:00 and wake up at 02:00 ?

    It's 02:44 now...

    Did this ever happen to anyone ?

    I get tired during the day and i ended up feeling asleep around 12:00 - 13:00.
    I'm 215+ on NO PMO / NO SEX, Is this common ?

    I've like this for 3+ months, I don't know why it happens ??? Anyone experiencing the same issue ?

    For years, I had the same problem PMO was the way to fall a sleep immediatly...

    Do you move yourself much during the day? I mean, long walks, time outside, sports etc?
    I had this problem you said, till I realized it only happened on the days I've spent entirely without getting out of home.
    Now even if I go for a short walk of 20 minutes at some moment of the day, i can sleep tight for 6+ hours.

    Actually i did it yesterday, at evening I wnet outside and close to a Forrest for 30 minutes, I drank a Soup and a Cup of Chamomile Tea - I slept right away from 22:30 till 05:00 Today.

    I'll try it again.

    Excellent! From 22:30 till 05:00 sounds perfect. Another tip I would give you, don't drink to much liquids after 20:00, otherwise you might wake up during the night to take a pee, and it might ruin your sleep. And no mobile phone after 21:00 as well.
    Doing it all together (30 mins walk, no liquids after 20:00, no phone after 21:00), it should improve significantly your sleep, and consequently, your days will be in general much better. With you lucky and success!

    Thank you for your Advice, It sure will be helpful!

    I've added to my Schedule a 15-20 minutes Morning Music to Remain Happy for the Morning.

    If there is anything i can tell you, Being desciplined is really helpful and it's the road to success, I suggest you do it!

    I'm thinking of Adding a Morning " Greatfulness Mantra to God for Everything "

    This is really helpful, I'm working like an Entreprise. Anyway here is the Morning Music I liked to listen to, while eating break fast:



    Also another tip is to do it everyday!

    Go with the Flow of the Music -

    Try smiling to the Mirror while doing it andbe greatful, It is helpful for your Psychology and your Mental Health!

    both, wake up in the middle of the night and feeling drowsy in 12pm-1pm
    bc i have the samething for 10 years..

    Yes it did happen to me for a long time, years and years... Couldn't pin point the cause, my family doesn't believe in Doctors, We didn't care much about the science behind health. We were fine, so when i had insominia i thought it was normal behavor and everybody thinks it's okay...

    It's during this year where i adapted LOGIC and science behind every move i do! Now i study almost everything i do!

    Using Google, YouTube, Quora, Reddit, Medical Forums...

    I study everything and i have 10 journals where i note my progress everyday in different fields!

    I can tell you i'm proud of myself, and this is honestly the best version of my whole life i'm living right now! Thank God.

    Everyday i improve and everyday i'll be better than the day before, And i really work on that!

    Now about the Music and Morning Practice - Yes, It is supposed to be everyday. I'm doing it everyday!

    I'll add more routines! Being greatful and laughing and smiling while seeing yourself in the mirror everyday is a great thing to do everyday!

    Also, Try visiting a Forrest at least ince a week! We belong the Homosapians, they used to live in Forrest and Jungles! It really boost your Moral!

  13. something similar here. Sometimes i go to sleep at 11 and wake up 12. Sometimes i go to sleep at 12 and wake up at 6.

    you're lacking some improtants vitamins

    I study everything including what i eat! As they say you are what you eat ;) !

    I used to have this, having a snack when I wake up (at 3am) eventually lead to it going away.
