Why do People Rape?

Not necessarily. There could have been people who survived and passed those genes and the mutations of bad vision or infertility could have emerged later on. We don't know just when these things started to inflict people. Of course genes that are counterproductive get passed on because humanity, as old as it is, would more than likely not kill someone for not being able to see good or being infertile. They were probably protected by loved ones and who also had these mutations in their gene pool.

If you don't see a major change since modern medicine then I don't know what to tell you. If you believe we were better off dying left and right without knowable cause from viruses, plaques, and infections then we are going to have a very long discussion on another matter.

 

We fight over women out of pride, not out of instinct. We don't try to have sex as much as possible, that is just an idea that pretentious men made up for an excuse to cheat in their relationships or marriages. We look for mates, not sexual partners.

We compete with each other out of (again) pride. We want to gain pride for ourselves or others out of competitive sport. Yes, I will agree that people are more obsessed with sex nowadays, but that is society's fault for destroying the foundation that Christianity built of "sex is sacred" and the desensitization of the human race in order to sell sex and the like.

Rape is about power. Humans crave power out of pride and greed. When these things overwhelme them they can't control it. They were more than likely mentally ill to begin with. I just read a woman has a 1 in 5 chance to be raped in the U.S. I also read that a woman is raped every two minutes in the U.S. I never knew this. I don't have an explanation for that much depravity

 

Just because you have the genes for, for example, cancer, doesn´t mean you develop cancer. It is still only one possiblity. Science also knows that genes can be activated and deactivated. Also not the genes per se but the coordination between several genes are important, similarly to the brain.

Only genes are never the reason for rape, some people may be more prone to it yes, but ultimatley there are so many little things, so many things that pave the road to it ultimately happening. In the end, even when mentally ill, it´s still the persons decision.

Yes, we disagree on this one, because I think that just because we share a lot of common things with the animal kingdom, the differences are so huge, not physically, but mentally, that we are an entirely different group. But anyway, thanks for clarifying your views, I understand you better now. And just to clarify, I don't know shit about biology, my last biology class was when I was 15 and that was 12 years ago.

 

Yes, humans are way more stupid than animals ever will be . Animals still rely on instinct. We rely on propaganda to function and we call it original thought.

Why does doing a heart transplant make us smart? The person who needs a transplant probably should die since their heart is defective. Then the need for heart transplants would cease to exist because that faulty gene gets eliminated. Doing heart transplant surgery puts human kind back in terms of gene strength. Not so smart.

 

Too pragmatic but I will answer. Most people who need heart transplants already have children so letting them die won't change anything related to passing of genes.We have had about 200 thousand years before heart transplants ( according to evolution) and the gene is still here by the way.

There is no such thing as an "ugly" gene. Attractiveness does not determine how good your genes are. Unattractive people can have a attractive child. This doesn't make any sense in terms of facts.

I think some people rape other people because they have been victims of rape themselves. So it's like a cycle that just keeps on going unless one decides that they are not going to do the samething to other people that was done to them. But rape is a serious issue and so you always have to be careful when talking to someone who has been a victim of rape. But I think people who have been raped can heal from there past trauma, but it's definitely going to be tough and they will definitely need the support from family and friends.

 

Another way that humans are idiots! Sexuality has been morphed by pixels. So what you think is good genetic material probably isn't. For example most porn actresses have such low body fat that they no longer menstruate. Sound healthy?
