Why I had porn-induced nightmares

Using porn gives my horrible nightmares, from time to time. They are very vivid and gut wrenching.
They are always nightmares about my wife having sex with another man in front of me. The man and her are laughing at me, mocking me. The feeling of treachery is deep and stays with me the entire day after the nightmare.

In porn, the viewer is, as the camera, in the peeping Tom position. We look at other persons having sex, seemingly enjoying each other.

In porn, women are always horny and have a big libido. They say yes to everything and they initiate sex a lot.

My wife is a real woman, not a 2D image of an woman acting out the fantasies of male porn directors. She isn't always available. She doesn't have as much libido as I do. So my mind concludes that if porn is showing me the "true nature" of women, then my wife has also a big libido and crave sex a lot. If then she's not having a lot of sex with me, she must be having a lot of sex with someone else behind my back.

And then you have it. The twisted reason why my brains gives me those horrible nightmare: they exist to justify the logic of porn being a true image of real sex. Everyone is having fun, expect me, and my wife mocks me behind my back.

So sick of this perverse addiction...
