Why I want to overcome porn addiction

    I have been watching porn for quite some time now. But the past 2-3 years have been hard for me to quit. I can feel that it has affected my life very badly, I have turned introvert and avoid the social gatherings. I always feel my concentration and ability to work below par. It has made me lazy. Is affecting my family indirectly.
