Why masturbation is giving me withdrawal symptoms?

Hi guys,

After stopping porn every time i masturbate it triggers withdrawal symptoms, why is that?
I'm currently stopping both porn & masturbation, i decided to stop masturbation after i got hit by withdrawal. Did it few times only since i stopped porn in 2015.

Hi anonymous ,

Suicidal thoughts, stress, irritability, anger , desire to isolate my self , rash , fever , flu like symptoms, low self esteem , mood swings, little or no libido for a real person & the worst of them all is social anxiety it just wont stop. Most of them are gone but if i MO they reappear again. Tell me how is it for you?

Please stop all PMO as soon as you can and you will start your healing process, don't fap with no porn as that won't help you in anything. Cold turkey is the best option.
