I don't know where you are in the world, but you should see if your country's health system has any way you can access professional therapy or see a counsellor for free. Just make sure you pick the right therapist -- one who will actually help you in your goal to quit. I'm seeing a therapist right now who has helped me a lot in dealing with my issues (I had a lot more issues than I would have been aware of otherwise), but that was only after I told another therapist to get lost after she told me "Don't worry about it, all men do it".

 

HaHa, dear friends. I think you got some truth about the world. Things benefits sometimes do cost. But there are lots of help comes freely from kind people like people here and who establish and maintain this website and all other websites like this.
I live in China. In our country, the public awareness about porn addiction and by what way it harms people is also very obsolete.
I remember that once I have been also confused and troubled with the same notion that freely porn was very powerful in harming you and on the same time the help stairs is costly to climb in all aspect. Believe me, compared with the cost for therapy or book, the willpower and strength and determination and tolerance you need in the way out PMO cost more.
You can get lots of resources here or other place like 'You brain on Porn' or 'Fight the new Drug'. I haven`t tried any therapy, but I have made strides in abstaining PMO.
And also I doubt the docter in undeveloped places about their ability to help.

This not correct at all. The porn sites are not free:
1. Many of them install malware and viruses on your computer, they make money from this
2. advertising revenue
3. many sites are not free and explicitly have paid content, either as a premium plan, or to access any content

And you do not have to pay to access abstinence resources. This website is free and is a tremendous resource.

Stop making excuses that because there are some abstinence resources that cost money, that you will not be able to give up the addiction. There is a plethora of free content online for you to peruse.
