Because at one point I had morning wood/wet dreams and true attraction? Now I feel empty and dead. Because it's a bad habit and feels like a hole. Because of all the positive outlets I could have chose for myself to feel better - I went to this.

The amount of sadness you're in causes you to rely on porn. You're a man of yourself. You shouldn't copy anyone or care how you or others look. Reasons to leave porn? It turns you like a cuck to watch these stuff. You might escalate in other tastes. Masturbation makes you more emotional and sexualizing everything more and more. Once y quit y'll see how everything changes. It's in your hand, but you're not quitting because you have a DEMAND for it.

 

First, your feelings about what you're going through are pretty understandable. It's rough to feel like you're destined to be alone and you feel that you'll be stuck there. It probably isn't true though, even if it feels that way.

More to the point, why should you quit porn? Because its an addiction and its consuming you. It's not your friend, its devouring everything that you are. Some of the roughest parts of my life are when I'm coming out of a relapse and its because of the porn and my own weakness. It's not worth the cost and you'll constantly feel this way if you don't break that chain and get free.

You have nothing to lose, except that feeling of being dirty and insecure. So go through the process; get up out of bed, go work out, eat right and snap that fucking chain of addiction. Try this for 90 days, and if you discover that the effort wasn't worth it at the end then you've lost nothing except some time and you can go right back to it.

You owe it to yourself to try and you don't have to do it alone. We're all going through the same stuff.

Money has to flow somewhere and you have to tap into that flow. If you can get monthly cashflow coming in every month, you could retire and travel the world. Cashflow monthly is easier than to be a millionaire.

Do not make women your purpose in life. It's very unattractive. Men with money do not make their girlfriend or wife, there only purpose in life. They want you to be the leader and want you to know what your doing in life, even if they don't know what they want in life. You are there purpose in life, not the other way round. You take control and get stuff done.

Finding a woman that loves you might take time, it might not be the first, second or third girlfriend. If you have money, opportunities will come to you.

If you can retire and travel, there women from other countries that might find you attractive. Maybe not attractive but certainly high value. The reason why you have no confidence is woman don't think your a catch. You need to become a catch. If you had a daughter, would you allow her to date a man simmilar to you? If not what is the reason? How will you fix it?

Okay you are in bad shape, you got to work on that. Eat the paleo diet or carnovore or a body building diet. Focus on the diet first.

I think this can be misleading as well. He can just make it about the looks as well, depending on how he thinks of what the dad would want for his daughter. Acutal rape is against the will, without anything beneficial. If she chooses to do it herself, it certainly isn't rape.

Dude, I will sound toxic but I have to say it. Lose weight, start working out an get some confidence. Doesn't matter how ugly or beautiful you are, if you work out, you're confident in your body and so you're overall more confident. And stop bitching about you being ugly. Stop it. Say positive stuff. Look man I am going to be hard on you for saying this but you need to stop with '' i cant get a girlfriend because I am ugly attitude". You said that you were ''fat nerd'' well hit the gym you might be ugly, but thats no excuse for being fat. Practice makes perfect so practise talking to ugly women and step up your game.

As for your question why nofap? well beacause you want a gf and porn steers you further and further away from a gf. Beacause in the long run it makes you depressed. and leads to erectile disfunction. This is so true. You have to start building that self respect. Start holding yourself to a higher standard. The more self respect we can build, the less likely we are to start doing things that strip us down. The reason we are here trying to change is because we are self aware enough to know we need to change in the first place. That's a big thing. It isn't easy. We have to keep building from that.

But i want to find my true purpose in life and with that i can do something to the society.
