Why this happened?

Today was 31st day of my reboot and I didn't reach this count long time ago, and I had a massive wet dream few days ago. And everything was fine. Until I've felt with desire to sleep without pants the another then desire to see some hot girl,so I opened YouTube watched some sexy hot girl on YouTube because I'm trying to avoid porn but I ended up to ejaculate without rubbing myself but only my shirt rubbed my penis few times . So I said it won't happen again and after about half hour I did the same thing to end up with the same no hands ejaculation.

My questions
Is it completely relapse ? because I didn't even enjoy with masturbating as I always do

If I'm a sensitive will this sensitivity go away after longer abstaining and exercise?

It's common when trying to reboot. I think the medical explanation is that it builds and then comes out at even the slightest erotic thought. Since you actively sought out YouTube to see hot girls, I'd call that a relapse but it's up to you to decide. Giving up PMO isn't just staying away from certain sites but also rebooting your mind to not seek out these kinds of things and that takes a lot of discipline

exactly, it does take discipline and effort to direct the mind, but that's where the battle is

You decide yourself what your definition of a relapse are. But in general, and for most of us, that is considered a relapse. Especially if you are going hard mode. But screw it, get back up on the horse again, who cares right.

What do you mean by sensitivity going away after longer abstaining and exercise? I would say the opposite happens, you get more sensitivity (physically) in your penis when doing NoFap.
