Why u should quit

When I started watching porn I thought it was great. Nearly everday I would watch for atleast 10 mins. When I found out about the disadvantages of porn I was shocked, guilty and upset. Porn is an addiction, u try to quit for a short term but it comes back. And when u keep trying and trying, the term keeps getting longer. I never want to watch porn again and if u feel horny or if u want pleasure, remember the disadvantages, take cold showers, hang out with friends, be happy and also remember ur not alone
