Why you unlikely do relapse automatically? Things to understand...

Hi everyone,welcome to my thread,let me tell you something that will help you in your journey.

You know that you're on nofap,and don't want to do PMO(P*rn,Masterb**ion, and Orgasm) at any circumstances.You have decided but your brain doesn't support this because this PMO is most killing dopamine source for you brain and it is your habbit also.Your brain consider PMO as a part of survival for you,and it has a misconception that you die if don't do PMO.So when you do nofap your brain do everything to let you back into the habit of PMO.It forces you in the form of urges and it tricks you by giving some s*xtual thoughs and fantasies.The brain tricks are so strong and can easily slip your from nofap track.If you will respond on that trick then your brain will activate and do automatic action of relapse unconsciously,then after release,you become conscious and say "Oh no!,what the hell I was doing(relapse),I was on nofap.Oh no".So it is important for you to understand the power of brain.
Brain has capability to perform automatic actions like breathing,dreaming,night fall etc.And for us relapse is also an automatic action.Because as I say PMO is biggest source of dopamine for you brain like drugs,so it do everything to get the dopamine pleasure.
So how to avoid it?.Mindfulness is a method to observe brain's thoughts and your feelings.If you are mindful,then after observing thoughts,they will gone away because they are like waves that come and go.Second thing is a strong powerful reason also called conviction is needed to overcome it.That what is the reason you're doing nofap?,I'll never do relpse!
