    I would say not at all, but you have to be the judge of your thoughts and motivations while doing this and afterward

    It depends on where u are in your addiction really.

    If your brain needs time to readjust the dopamine receptors, than the dopamine rush u will get from this will hinder the process.

    If what u need is rewiring back to humans from PMO it will help you.

    I assumed a faithful marriage with progressing recovery....in that scenario O's from the wife will slow down reboot but time isnt a factor.

    Sex with woman can help in case u need to rewire back to sex with humans...

    Abstaining from PMO dewires the old pathways. In my case that was not enough and I had to learn to enjoy sex.

    Its really personal so its hard to give specific advice here, as I have no idea where the OP is at atm.

    But... all considered... its safe to say go ahead and please your wife.

    Sex with my wife was never a problem. Even during the addiction we had sex two to three times a week. Been clean from porn for four months. She just doesn’t want to be replacing porn so we decided on the 90 day hardmode reboot. I get a bit of a high from giving her an O but not the same as porn. I wasn’t sure if the high would affect my reboot.
