THE VIKING CHALLENGE:

Life of a viking is no bed of roses.
It's full self discipline, a resolute commitment to fight all weakness and infinite perseverance.
Are you ready to go for this?
Join the Viking Army to defeat porn for good.​

Rules:​

• no Porn and porn substitutes like porn fantasy, erotic stories, etc.
• no masturbation (includes no edging)
• It is up to you to decide about intimacy with your partner.
• If you relapse you have to restart your training all over again.

How to join: ​

• Post in the thread that you are in, state your goals and make a short introduction or link your introduction.​
• Write your name on the Viking Army progress list (Click here)
  
• It is recommended to check in daily, but you must check in at least once a week
  
• You can, but don't have to add further goals and a journal to your check in.
  You may also link your introduction and further journal.
  If you relapse it may be helpful to say why it happened.
  
• You can start with your current streak if it isn’t above 30.

Tips:​

• develop daily habits to strengthen your willpower​
• work out heavily or go running
  
• meditate daily, a profen example is autogenic training
  
• do yoga with pranayama, keep positions long and breatch deeply and slowly
  
• eat healthy: much vegetables, no sugar, no fast food etc.
  
• sleep enough, especially if you are training hard
  
• Stay accountable daily

Odin is the mightiest of all god.
His power is endless and he is invincible.
Old legends tell of Odins return.
They say he will come and save the world from a terrible threat.
Will the legends become true?

Reset - CONTENDER and BATTLE WINNER
Because it is less harmfull to reset, than to relapse you are allowed to wear the badge "BATTLE WINNER" in your name, als long as you are "CONTENDER". But only if you manage to reset only once in that rank.
